JUAN BOTELLA REYNA, with more than 30 years working as a lawyer and Official Intellectual Property Agent, continues with the long tradition of his family as experts in the protection and defence of the Intellectual Property Rights.

Direct heir of Ernesto Botella, who together with Carlos Tavira, created in 1921 the well-known company TAVIRA Y BOTELLA,  this company was thereafter continued by Juan Botella Pradillo (Juan’s father).

In February 2018, still conserving the philosophy and techniques of his family, Juan Botella Reyna decided to start a new project under the denomination JUAN BOTELLA IP LEGAL & ASOCIADOS, surrounded by a group or highly qualified experts in this sector and bringing new associated lawyers, experts in other fields. He is facing this new project with the idea of continuing its legacy, maintaining te spirit of his masters and dealing with the challenges of this century, enhancing the advising area within the firm and also improving his resources for the defence of trade marks, patents, designs and copyrights as well as new fields as international taxes advisory and Patent Box, commercial and competition law, assessment the value of intangible assets, alternative dispute resolutions (mediation and arbitration), making sure that everything will be fulfilled under the most professional treat.
